My Life in the Fat Lane – Some Love for G Stage

It turned off a little cold the other day after the rain, so I thought I’d see what I had in my closet that would work for an evening out.

I found this red Sunny Leigh tunic that I got on sale a few years back at Macy’s. (Macy’s plus-size)

It reminded me of a place that I like to shop that most of my girlfriend’s had never heard about – G Stage Love.

In my humble opinion, G Stage Love is the best kept secret.  It’s great to find plus-size trendy clothes that won’t break the bank. The plus-size range is from 1X – 3X.

G Stage gears toward teens and young adults.  But, that never stops me from looking.  I’ve discovered lots of pieces there that I’d like to add to my closet.  Ordering is easy and the shipment comes in a timely manner.  All the items that I’ve ordered from G Stage were well worth the cost.

This is one of those sites that cater to a younger crowd, so be aware that it’s super important to know your measurements.  Much of the clothing at G Stage is body fitting.  If you’re into bodycon, this is the place for you.

I’ve only recently started changing up my looks, by adding or changing a few things such as going with or without a belt, adding a jacket, changing the jewelry.  It really does stretch your wardrobe.

The pockets on the tunic are faux leather, so I thought I’d add these faux leather leggings.

Boots are Clark’s.  Necklace and Earrings are from Stein Mart.  The bracelet (my favorite), is from Lane Bryant.  The belt is from Walmart.  Jacket I borrow from time-to-time from my husband’s closet.

Song that inspired the title:  One Republic – Burning Bridges
